  • What is raw? What is Virgin?
    Virgin Hair is 100% unprocessed hair from a single donor. This hair is free of chemicals such as dyes, perms, and bleaches of any kind. This hair can be styled and dyed to your preference. Raw hair is 100% Unprocessed hair from a single donor. This hair has not been steamed or chemically altered in any way. Raw hair is cuticle aligned from the root to tip, which allows hair to flow in the same direction just as natural hair. Raw hair blends perfectly with all hair textures.
  • When should I expect my hair?
    Please allow 2-5 day processing time before your order ships. Processing will only take place during business days, Monday-Friday only. You can expect your hair in 5-7 or 7-10 business days after shipping confirmation, depending on your location. Orders ship Monday-Friday only. We suggest you do not book with your stylist or make special arrangements until you receive your hair.
  • Can I color this hair?
    Yes, our hair is 100% unprocessed and is able to be colored. We recommend your tresses be colored by a Professional. Colored hair should be followed up with a deep conditioning treatment, just as your hair would.
  • How much hair will I need?
    We suggest the following based on length: For 14"-16" 2 bundles or more for a nice full look. For 18"-24" 3 bundles or more for a nice full look. For 26"-30" 4 bundles or more for a nice full look.
  • How often can my Tresses be washed?
    You can wash as often as you like.
  • Does the hair shed?
    All hair stitched to a weft will experience very minimum shedding (meaning not drastic or noticeable changes to the density or volume of your extensions). Proper maintenance is important and suggested to help maintain hair.
  • How long does the hair last?
    Our hair will last you a long time depending on how you maintain it. Making sure to treat the hair as if it is your own will allow it to last longer. With proper maintenance, Hair can last you from 12-18 months or longer.
  • How do I maintain my hair?
    Treat your hair as you would your own. Shampoo and condition regularly with a quality shampoo and conditioner. Sulfate free products are always the best compared to other options, as they can be harsh on the hair. For wavy, curly, or colored hair extensions, we suggest a sulfate free leave in conditioner and sulfate free mousse. We also suggest a detangling shampoo and conditioner when washing your curly or wavy hair. Make sure to detangle from the ends to the weft in sections to help prevent any matting or excessive tangling. For styling with hot tools, we suggest a heat protectant before straightening or curling. For nightly maintenance, we suggest a satin pillowcase or bonnet to help prevent breakage, tangling, shedding, and, thinning. For curly or wavy hair, we suggest braiding or two strand twist to help maintain during sleep. This also allow an easier styling time in the morning.
  • Shipping & Returns
    Please allow a total of 7-10 business days to receive your order. Domestic Regular: 5-7 business days depending on location. Standard: 3-5 business days after processing International shipping 7-10 business days depending on location. ** All packages will be delivered via usps or DHL depending on location** 24 hours after shipping confirmation is received, PayPal will send updated tracking information. If you do not see your information in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received tracking info after 3 days of original shipping confirmation, please contact us by email
  • Can changes be made to my order?
    To ensure a quick delivery, all orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Orders cannot be changed once payment is made.
  • Can I return my order?
    All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchange services.

    Your payment may have not gone through if all information given was not entered correctly. Information given should match what you have on file with your credit card issuer. Please verify billing address and contact info as it appears on your credit card statement.
